One of our top notch object manipulation artists’, Ryan was asked to be the feature entertainer at a wedding for Slice TV’s Rich Bride Poor Bride!
Our Unicycle & Juggling coach Nigel was also featured in this episode, where he shows some of his Yo-Yo skills (as he is the reigning national Yo-Yo champion).
The couple came to the Vancouver Circus School (you will see some footage of our circus classes in action in the background) to check out the scene and to talk to our event director & artists to see what entertainment to go with for their wedding!
Inner Ring was invited to perform a shortened version “Bounce” in front of the Convention Centre downtown on July 1, 2010!
Check out our pictures from the event below: (more to come!)
Our School, the Vancouver Circus School‘s aerialists were also asked to come and perform aerials on our very own aerial rig! Want to grab more information and pictures on this? Click here!
The May long weekend was certainly a busy weekend for all of us at the Inner Ring! It truly was a circus!
While we were preparing to finish our final performance ofBOUNCE at the Massey Theatreon May 21 & 22, the Whistler Arts Council invited the Inner Ring to come to the Village Square to set up our brand new aerial rig and have aerialists do beautiful aerial demonstrations. The Whistler Arts Council also asked us to do our show, BOUNCE on Saturday May 22 & 23 in the middle of the Village Square!
It was a rainy but wonderful weekend full of jaw dropping aerials, trampoline as well as a very “bouncy” experience with our very talented cast of BOUNCE, complete with free bouncy balls for the children at the Village Square!
Below, Inner Ring was featured on the front page of Whistler’s “Question” Newspaper.

In true Inner Ring style, our artists took a product launch by storm! Heads were spinning, eyes were popping and jaws were dropping, as the Inner Ring performed for decision makers from all over Canada at the Whirlpool launch of 3 new washing machines.
This was a very exciting event for us. We flew in Sante (one of our amazing contortionists) from Montreal to help us woo the audience with her mad skills in hula hoop and contortion. Our other regular (and just as amazing) artists did 3 sets of performances along with ambient entertainment, where they interacted with the business suit-clad audience.
Acts at this event were aerial silks, contact juggling, character, staff spinning, contortion, aerial strap, hula hoop & acrobatics.
